Badri Narayana, the founder partner of GBN, with a vast experience of over three decades of continuous practice, has evolved to be one of the finest sought professional in the field of Direct Tax Advisory. His vision to make finance, an understandable subject to all his clients had made him a much sought after professional. Various clients, right from manufacturing entities to large trade houses, service providers to various other professionals are made to benefit much because of his simple & understandable approach of auditing making the clients inculcate the habit of financial self discipline.

Besides managing the complete affairs of the firm, he heads the Direct Tax Assessments apart from handling personal taxation, NRI Taxation & Property Advisory. He had completed his Bachelors in Commerce with D G Vaishnav College and pursed to become a Chartered Accountant in 1985.

With over a decade of experience & with an urge to serve the suffering MSME Sector, he had joined the firm in 2014. He redefined the firm's vision & outlook to a different level as his main motive is to provide quality service with complete transparency to the clients. He defines his success purely based on client's satisfaction.

Shravan leads the Corporate Advisory, GST Consulting & Audit verticals. His in depth subject knowledge helped various clients in GST transformation smoothly. He is also a subject matter specialist in GST Assessments along with various departmental compliance.

He also has a separate flair for various funding / loans related structuring due to his past experience. Before joining the firm, he was working with one of the leading private sector banks in India, handling credit & restructuring of various Large Corporate Houses based out of Tamil Nadu.

He had completed his Bachelors in Commerce from prestigious Ramakrishna Vivekananda College, Mylapore, completed his Masters in Business Administration from Loyola College, Post Graduation Certification in Financial Risk Management from ICFAI before clearing the CA Final in May, 2010 in his first attempt.
